After two years of avoiding public photos of their satellite production and preparations, the company finally revealed footage of the 27 operational satellites separating from their Atlas V rocket. This move comes as Amazon aggressively pursues a massive satellite constellation – aiming to launch 3,232 satellites – to compete with existing broadband networks like SpaceX's Starlink, which has been more transparent about sharing images of its own fleet.
